Rasleen Raim, the mother of 8-year old half-brother of Lisa Irwin, who disappeared in early October, filed a petition seeking to modify the parents’ child custody and visitation agreement. The agreement includes an emergency motion for temporary custody of her son. He was at the Irwin home the night of his half-sisters disappearance. Raim’s attorney said her client is concerned about ‘her baby’s’ comfort and peace of mind. An attorney for Jeremy Irwin and Deborah Bradley reports the couple and their children have not lived in the home since Lisa’s disappearance, calling the petition “unbelievable.” Investigators continue to track down tips they have received in the case.
